Jane Sansevero Dalli, Vice President Jane Dalli, Vice President, is the manager of the commercial lines underwriting department. Ms. Dalli graduated, in 1984, from the College of Staten Island with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management/Marketing.  She took several courses at the college of Insurance and became a licensed New York State Insurance broker. Ms. Dalli began her career at the Calvert Insurance Company where she coordinated the company’s P&C operations.  In 1986 she entered the agency side of the business, working for Parkington Associates in New York City.  In this capacity she was responsible for the management of a $15 Million book of business.  This honed her management skills as well as her underwriting expertise; Ms. Dalli received top production awards while at Parkington as well as becoming a partner in 1990. Ms. Dalli was presented with the opportunity, in 1992 to purchase Parkington which she did changing the name to NSD Insurance Brokerage Associates Inc.  NSD specialized in wholesaling property and casualty insurance with an emphasis on the Surplus lines industry to a select group of licensed NY metro-area brokers.  As the sole principal Ms. Dalli expanded into all phases of agency operations, underwriting, collections and claims.  By 1992 Ms Dalli doubled the agencies premium volume, in 2001 NSD merged into Buckingham Badler Associates Inc. Ms. Dalli is an active member of the Professional Insurance Agents of New York, the Professional Insurance Wholesalers Association, and the National Organization of Women and is on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Surplus Lines Association.  She is a director on the New Jersey Surplus Lines Board since 2006. Utilizing her extensive experience in both the company and agency environment Ms. Dalli brings to Buckingham Badler Associates the knowledge and professionalism that makes the commercial lines department responsive to the needs of the brokers and carriers.  She will be a large part of the future growth of Buckingham Badler.
