Has substantial experience in the development and operation of sophisticated computer systems. His primary responsibilities include managing the firms information's systems network, integrating software updates on a regular basis and insuring that all rating information is up-to-date.
Keith has an Associates Degree in Fire Science from Keiser University, as well as certificates in various operating systems and software including but not limited to Microsoft, Crystal Reports and Linux.
Keith has been a volunteer firefighter for 16 years, currently holding the office of Fire Chief for the last 5 years, he is also a certified Emergency Medical Technician and holds many certifications in the firefighting, emergency medical, and Incident command.
