You have the option of purchasing online or downloading an application and submitting the completed application via fax or mail.Individual & family (5 days up to 2 years coverage)There are two Patriot Travel Medical Insurance products available to meet your needs, providing up to U.S. $2,000,000 of medical coverage. Coverage can be obtained from a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of 2 years. Patriot products address the travel medical insurance needs of U.S. citizens and foreign nationals who need temporary medical insurance while traveling for business or pleasure anywhere outside their home country. Coverage includes medical evacuation, repatriation, and your choice of deductibles and policy limits.Extreme athletics and adventure insurancePatriot Extreme is designed for the adventurous International traveler. Patriot Extreme provides benefits for those traveling abroad who also intend to participate in a select group of athletic activities or extreme sports.Business Traveler (Annual Coverage)If you are an executive that travels frequently outside your country of citizenship throughout the year, don't risk finding yourself ill or injured in a foreign country. Make sure you have a plan that provides appropriate medical coverage. Patriot Executive provides up to US$1,000,000 of medical coverage for these individuals and their families.Travel Protection for trips up to 30 daysTo help protect you from losing money you've spent on travel, there is Patriot T.R.I.P. Patriot T.R.I.P. helps protect travelers who are unable to travel or are interrupted during their covered trip due to circumstances such as a sudden and unexpected illness or injury, death in the family, jury duty, job layoff, terrorism or the bankruptcy of the tour operator, cruise line or airline. Benefits also include coverage in the event of travel and baggage delay, lost baggage, emergency medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation and more.First Class Travel ProtectionTo provide superior protection for a picture perfect vacation, there is Patriot T.R.I.P. Elite, a premier travel insurance program. You expect top-notch service if the unexpected should happen. Patriot T.R.I.P. Elite offers a high level of benefits to travelers who need more coverage than provided by the Patriot T.R.I.P. program. The Patriot T.R.I.P. Elite program increases the benefit amount for emergency medical, emergency medical evacuation, travel delay, baggage, trip interruption and adds a new benefit for violent attacks. Make sure you have the premier protection you need with Patriot T.R.I.P. Elite.Student Travel Insurance ProgramPatriot Student T.R.I.P. is a "budget conscious" travel insurance program designed to provide important benefits to students for many of those unforeseen circumstances that may force the cancellation or interruption of a covered trip. This program also includes coverage for trip cancellation or interruption travel and baggage delay, lost or stolen baggage, emergency medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation.Individual & family (1 year or longer)Global Basic Insurance is designed to provide coverage similar to Global Medical Insurance, however, it features specific dollar limits on most benefits. This is the perfect plan for those who want coverage for a variety of medical services, but are seeking to reduce their premium costs. Global Basic Insurance has two areas of coverage, worldwide or worldwide excluding U.S./CanadaIndividual & family (1 year or longer)Global Medical Insurance is a long-term, annually renewable, U.S.-style major medical insurance plan with a $5,000,000 lifetime policy limit. Global Medical Insurance offers two areas of coverage to non-US citizens and to US expatriates who want a quality medical insurance plan that will respond to their medical needs anywhere in the world. The two areas of coverage are for people needing coverage worldwide or worldwide excluding U.S./Canada.Employer sponsored group insuranceGEO Group is one of the most comprehensive group hospital, surgical, medical and life insurance programs in the world. This program is designed for employers with employees who are either U.S. or Canadian citizens who reside abroad and may return to the US or Canada temporarily (for less than 12 months), or are overseas local and third country national employees. GEO Group allows employers to carve out their International employees to provide them with U.S.-style benefits and worldwide coverage. This program includes medical, dental, life and indemnity benefits for these employees and their families.5 or more individuals (5 days up to 1 year)Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance is designed for organizations who have a group of 5 or more members that will be traveling together, and are traveling to a destination that is not the home country of any of the traveling members. Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance provides the same benefits as the individual Patriot Travel Medical Insurance but with a 10% discount for applying as a group.Emergency Medical EvacuationSky Rescue provides emergency medical evacuation and scheduled coverage for individuals under the age of 65 traveling outside their home country for a minimum of three months. The plan may be purchased for three months, six months or 12 months and can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent periods. New Deductible, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions will apply and a new application must also be completed.Cultural Exchange Medical InsuranceExchange Program GroupSM Plan is designed for organizations who are actively engaged or participating in an educational or cultural exchange program in the country of assignment through a sponsoring organization or school and traveling in a group to a destination that is not the home country of any of the participants.The information above is only a consolidated description of the current International insurance products and trip cancellation plans available through this web site.
